Add UDT07 Links Dialog Box

Use the Add Link option from the UDT07 Links tab of the UDT01 screen to add direct and wildcard links.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Administration menu, click Master Data > UDT01 > UDT07 Links > Add Link.

Select Add Link to display the Add UDT07 Link dialog box.

Field	Description
UDT01	The current UDT01 value will be the default for this field.  You can edit this field to use the "%" or "_" wildcard characters.
UDT07	Click to the right of the field to select a UDT07 to link to the UDT01.  You can also enter the UDT07 manually.
Costpoint Company	This non-editable column displays the Costpoint company name for the UDT07.  The column displays if you selected the Costpoint Multicompany check box in the Miscellaneous tab of the General Configuration screen.
Description	The description will be automatically populated after you select a UDT07.  You can edit this field to make it specific for this link.

Override

If you have selected the Use checkbox for Rate 1 or Rate 2 in the User-Defined Rates group box of the Miscellaneous tab of the Time Configuration screen, this group box displays one or both of the rate fields.  The titles of the fields will be as defined in the Label field.

Field	Description
Rate 1	Enter the rate 1 rate that you wish to use for this UDT07 link. This field will be available if you are calculating Rate 1. The range is "-99999999.99999" to "99999999.99999."
Rate 2	Enter the rate 2 rate that you wish to use for this UDT07 link. This field will be available if you are calculating Rate 2. The range is "-99999999.99999" to "99999999.99999."
Options	Click Options to display additional wildcard examples.
